Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the queenkingph platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), together with the queenkingph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and queenkingph with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.

To register and maintain an account on queenkingph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming activities in the Philippines as prescribed by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register as Users.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of queenkingph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the Platform for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the queenkingph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. queenkingph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify queenkingph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. queenkingph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

queenkingph reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected on an account. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by queenkingph may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

All financial transactions on the queenkingph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The Platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the User are the sole responsibility of the User.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your queenkingph wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which may take up to one (1) banking business day. queenkingph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. queenkingph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully KYC-verified members to GCash are typically processed within five (5) minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during Philippine banking hours. queenkingph does not charge withdrawal fees.

queenkingph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. In such cases, queenkingph will notify the affected User within a reasonable timeframe.

queenkingph may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered Users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement when accepted by the User.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all queenkingph promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, bingo, and other game categories may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on a queenkingph account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• queenkingph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not adversely affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a User.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

All games available on the queenkingph Platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing conducted by trained professional dealers in licensed studio environments. The outcome of every game round is determined independently of any prior or subsequent round.

Each game on the queenkingph Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between the specific game rules and this Agreement, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, queenkingph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the User's account. queenkingph shall not be liable for any losses claimed to result from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

queenkingph reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is reasonable evidence of technical error, data corruption, or manipulation of the game outcome by any party. In such cases, the User will be notified and the affected wager returned.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the queenkingph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to queenkingph immediately.
• Colluding with other players or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your queenkingph account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other Users.

queenkingph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm among its Users. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that all registered Users may access at any time through their account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may submit a self-exclusion request. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months and may be extended indefinitely at the User's request.

queenkingph strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will not knowingly permit minors to access the Platform. All content on the queenkingph Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the exclusive property of queenkingph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Platform Content, except as incidental to normal use of the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of Platform Content is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of queenkingph's intellectual property rights, for which queenkingph reserves all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, queenkingph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of queenkingph to you for all claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your queenkingph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. queenkingph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

queenkingph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

queenkingph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, queenkingph will notify registered Users via email to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the queenkingph Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the procedures set out in these Terms & Conditions.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent queenkingph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or property.
